Getting the same error.

For anyone else having this issue, I downloaded and reinstalled the v2.4 plugin from the IWEBIX site and regenerated thumbnails (though I had tried that previously to no avail) and the issue resolved itself.

How do I contact you? Not finding any way to do so on your site.

The reason I mentioned the buttons is because I was trying to wrangle with this “Tweet Rotator 1.0” which has the buttons before I found your plugin:

What’s nice about them is that it shows you at a glance where you are in the rotation.

But again, these are extras as far as I’m concerned. Plugin’s great as is.

Not sure how much you want to keep at it, but the next cool options I could envision for even more user customization would be little buttons that take you back/forward in the cycle, and then different transitions and/or option to rotate/switch tweets horizontally.

But really those are ‘nice to haves’ instead of ‘need to haves’. Its working great now for what I needed. Cheers.

Still not working for me… I have a more knowledgeable programmer friend looking into it and will report back once he’s had a chance to get in there and check it out.

I have tested both a preview and a new post. After replacing the code you mention above and trying a new post, it now shows a blank rather than my Admin name, which it was doing on previews of posts made before the code change. This blank also happens with subsequent previews.

We’re not using digest, just per-post.

Thanks for the help… this doesn’t seem to work unfortunately, still displays my admin name and not the Custom Author name.

This may be a clue — I had my “Blog pages show at most” set to 10 in my Reading settings, when I changed that to 5, Recent Posts also displayed 5. Seems like its getting the number of posts to display from the Reading settings and not the number entered on the Widgets page.

I’ve noticed they respond here to Woo-related posts, which is why I posted. I haven’t yet bought anything from them, and hence can’t post there, else I would have. Wanted to try to get this licked before buying anything from them, or perhaps allow a non-Woo person who may have encountered this issue or have an idea on how to fix it respond.

I should note that’s Chrome for Mac (version 13.0.782.107, not sure about others), on Windows it seems to be fine.

I emailed Simon about this issue as well.

Solved this — in the Advanced Options of Shadowbox, set Image Links to ‘false’.
