I set it to “Allow File Uploads” and went to the upload tab and it said “It doesn’t look like you can use the file upload feature at this time because the directory you have specified (….) doesn’t appear to be writable by wordpress.” I double checked to make sure my path was correct in the Options/Miscellaneous tab and it was. I also checked the info on the folder i am trying to use and the Attributes and Access/Type options all had check marks next to them, so i seem to have the permissions set right. And i know i’m spelling everything right. Any ideas? Thanks.

That works, but it opens it in the same window. How do i open it in a new window? thanks.

Well, i’m using the default kubrick template, and again, under each blog entry it gives you the options “Posted in…” and “Comments” and i just want to remove them. Thanks again.

I just read another post called “HELLPP!! I can’t post pictures!!” or something like that, and it said the same thing about the code you out in your post. The pictures are already outside of the root folder, and i don’t want to have to upload them again (speaking of, in that post, i read someone talking about a upload utility that is in the program; where is that in wordpress?). thanks

Ok, so i figured out what happened. I deleted some of the header code because i didn’t want the blue box at the top, and also because i didn’t know that the kubrickbg.jpg code was in the header. So when i replaced it with the original, everything was all set. thanks for all your help.

It did pull up the correct image, where it was changed to all white (on both kubrickbg.jpg and kubrickbgcolor.jpg), but the blog background still remains grey. Do i need to change the style sheet or something like that? Thanks again.

We’re testing the blog now so i don’t want to give out a URL (sorry), but i tried clearing the browser cache and that didn’t work. Any other suggestions you can give to me? Thanks.
