Hello, 3CX I have the same issue.

I need to clear cache of the whole site from the back office in order for the Live Chat to go live again. And clear cache once again after business hours for it to show the “Offline Messages” templates.

I too use WP Fastest Cache.

If I use incognito it still doesn’t work, until I clear the cache for the site.
