In reply to: Disable mobile view… Display site exactly as on desktop!I deactivated all plugins and I still have the same problem.
I truly think it’s just due to content widths, but I don’t know which part of the css I need to ammend!Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Disable mobile view… Display site exactly as on desktop!It’s not particularly a problem with the theme.
I’ve changed some css so the mobile theme widths aren’t right now. I understand that is why but im not keen on how mobile themes look anyway so i just want to disable it completely so the mobile view is the same as the desktop view.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Disable mobile view… Display site exactly as on desktop!The arcadia theme is what my style.cc is through.. the first line is
“/*
Theme Name: Arcadia
Theme URI: https://cr1000team.com/arcadia”I only have a couple of plugins, like wordpress seo, analytics etc.. nothing that would affect layout.
I think the arcadia theme comes with the mobile view, i just need a way to disable this part.

I’m using arcadia theme. I can’t fine ‘minileven’ anywhere!
The jetpack mobile theme is disabled.Nope, for sure not editing the wrong file.
I’m using Quick Cache.
Well today I’ve tried to change
.logo-text span, .logo-img span {
font-size: 12px;
font-weight: normal;
letter-spacing: 4px;
line-height: 20px;
text-transform: uppercase;
}to…
.logo-text span, .logo-img span {
font-size: 0px;
font-weight: normal;
letter-spacing: 4px;
line-height: 0px;
text-transform: uppercase;
}Not a big change but still not being made.
The style.css file is changed to that in the theme editor and on the ftp but if you look at it through firebug or something the old css is still there.
It’s as if the cache isn’t cleared but I’ve done this a couple of times.Nope, no child theme, just amending the original style.css
That’s what I can’t understand!Forum: Fixing WordPress
