They aren’t showing up on category pages either (see here), and the page title links on this page are differently colored than on the page that uses the query blocks…?

Now I’m even more confused.

None of the plugins seem to be causing it. I tried deactivating each one-by-one and it has not resolved.

I understand you can’t discuss premium features here. I am just hoping to get some resolution so that I feel confident moving forward with premium.

I am running the same version of wordpress on two different folders on the same server. Both are running Contact Form 7 and this plugin. Both folders have the same permissions. One site has a working captcha, and the other isn’t showing an image. The only difference between the two is the theme. Not working: https://www.toledohomesinspectionshousesinspectors.com/
