Re-authenticated, to be clear.

For those who have similar problems, I have just authenticated with Full Access and it now works for me.

FWIW I did it on a separate computer though I doubt it should make a difference. Hope you guys fix your issues.

Anyone found a solution yet? There is a post on the “Pro” forum talking about the same issue, but the suggestion was to simply re-authenticate with Dropbox. I have done this many times already and it doesn’t not work but I will try it again test the result.

I’ve also tried Full Access and it doesn’t work.

I wonder if anyone else had the same problem and found a solution?

Just wondering:

Were you using the plugin to backup multiple sites or just one?
Were you using Sandbox or Full access mode?

I did the update successfully but it brought the entire site down. I can’t even log in or see any page. Trying to get to any page gives this error:

Yup I am quite sure. I have checked against the steps you show in your video and instructions.

Strangely the last time I sent a report I had the same problem, but when I checked again it worked so I thought it worked itself out. Now it’s not working again hmm.

Previously you mentioned that I can now display only weight along (which is what I am doing) – that is still working yes?

Yup they have already been published. I have also tried turning on the visibility of attributes on the product page and it is the same. Any other ideas?

Just update to the latest version and at first it didn’t seem to work, but I deactivated and re-activated the plugin and it works!! Thanks!

Just a suggestion: I think it is better to include the variation details together with the price of the variation (before the quantity selector). It makes more sense because the information is together.

I don’t see the implode issue on the non-variable items anymore (great!), but I still can’t seem to get the information to display for the variable items.

All my variables items only have the weight field filled, and my WC settings is set to only display weight (no dimensions), would this affect the plugin?

I also tried to create a brand new product with your instructions, and it still doesn’t work. My products only have weight defined, and my WC Settings were initially set to only show weight (no dimensions), but even after turning the option on and entering weight+dimensions the information is not showing.

Btw also used attributes of the “select” type (options are pre-defined).

Nope unfortunately it’s still not working. The extra information isn’t displaying.

Just to check that it isn’t a theme issue, have tried these:

1. Switched to another theme (Twenty-Twelve), and it’s not displaying either.
2. Tried to turn on and off displaying of attribute on product page
3. When I inspect view the page source there is a product_details div in product_meta, but no data within in.

Let me know if there’s anything else I can try to identify the problem

Thanks, I found the option. Is it activated only when debug mode is on or can I activate it and turn debug mode off?
