We need a child theme to do this work because this is a part of customizing, you can download child themes while using this link,

After this, you can follow the instructions given the below.

1. Copy template-business.php file in the spicepress theme package.

2. Paste template-business.php file in the spicepress-child-theme theme package.

3. Now replace the code of template-business.php file with the code given in this link:

4. Then activate child theme and check your website.

We created the setting to remove the category archive in the new update, please update or download new version of SpicePress Theme, for remove category archive go to archive page title setting (Theme Dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> archive page title >> category), and remove or blank the category field,

and your second issue,
We checked the menu on many mobile devices and it is running smoothly, if you have a problem faced in the menu, then you can send us your website URL.
