Thank you for your feedback. But there is a misunderstanding. The inclusion of “/blog/” in the documentation URLs is due to your custom permalink structure, not an issue with the EazyDocs plugin itself. Since WordPress applies the global permalink structure to all post types, the “/blog/” slug appears in the documentation URLs as well. However, our documentation is not created as blog posts; it is a separate post type.We highly value our clients, and if you encounter any issues, please feel free to reach out. We’re happy to assist you and address any concerns. If there is any issue with our plugin, we will make sure to fix it.

To help further investigate, could you please provide us with the following information:
- What is the web server you’re using?
- What PHP version is your server running?
- What version of WordPress is installed on your site?

Usually, when updating a WordPress plugin, the old version’s file structure needs to be introduced to WordPress. During the release of version 4.8.1, we made it compatible with version 4.8.0, so updating from 4.8.0 to 4.8.1 does not cause any issues. However, if you update to 4.8.1 from a version older than 4.8.0, an “attempt recovery” message will appear.Since you are already using an accordion, we recommend waiting for the next release. We are currently working on a single-click “all accordion attempt recovery” feature.

Thank you for reaching out and providing detailed information about the issue.The issue you’re experiencing was addressed in the latest update, but there’s a possibility that, similar to the last occurrence, the Block Recovery feature might be triggered again. We are 100% committed to ensuring that this will not happen moving forward, but to resolve the issue, we recommend attempting the Block Recovery process once more using the latest plugin version and in the future, it will not happen again.
If you have many accordion items, please bear with us as we are working on a solution that will allow all blocks with “attempt recovery” issue to be resolved with a single click in the page editor. This feature is upcoming on our next release.
Please note that updating to the latest version and attempting recovery for the very last time is necessary to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

- Paid Features: We understand your concern about paid features. To ensure users can test the full functionality before committing, we offer a 14-day free trial for our Pro Plan, which allows you to explore the premium features thoroughly. Finally, we kindly ask that you reserve final judgment until you’ve had the chance to fully explore the plugin. Leaving a negative review without activating or testing the plugin may cause confusion for other users and does not reflect the true capabilities of EazyDocs.

Yes, it is possible to sync post comments with bbPress topics on a single post page comment list. However, this will require custom development tailored to your specific needs. You can implement it yourself or hire a developer to build the functionality according to your requirements.
