Hi, I do have a siteground cache plugin. I tried clearing the cache before refreshing the feed and it did the trick.
Since my feed will be automatically refreshed daily. If a product becomes out of stock and I don’t manually clear the cache before the next auto refresh, will the same problem happen?
Hi, Thanks for reply. I increaed the width of the ‘name’ column but I don’t see the detail that I am looking for.
Example:
Product name “tshirt green” is a variable product. I have one attribute ‘size’ with values ‘M | L | XL’. They are used for variations of this product. In the Smart manager, I choose ‘Products’ view with the ‘show variations’ box ticked. ‘tshirt green’ will show with 4 rows, one for parent and three for the three variations M, L, XL. However all 4 rows have the same Name, ‘tshirt green’. I can see the different inventory value for each row and each row has a unique ID. However, I am unable to distinguish which row is M, L or XL.
A suggestion I would give is when ‘show variation’ is chosen for the products, there is no way to differentiate the variations. They are all named the same as the product itself. For example, if I had clothing variable attribute M, L, XL. It would be great to know which variation is which.
gotcha, however, at the time there were 13 backups and I had only set the backups to 3. There seems to be a cascading effect
Hi David, this is the latest log file, thanks.
Hi David, thanks for looking into this. I’ve updated to the latest version (1.9.19) but still running into the same trouble. Still too many backups retained..I’ve turned off google drive backup to see if it helps.
