So, I am going to ask again. What is StellarWP’s plan to fix the foundational issues that keep plaguing the plugins? Are you going to fix the fact that anyone that ever used Pro runs into hurdles if they ever revert to standard? What is being done to alleviate the serious slowdowns (or fatal errors) that randomly plague sites using the plugin?

Would be curious to know some of the issues you are facing, as we are at wits end with EC and ECP, too. Maybe there is a pattern that we can point them to in order to get progress restarted?

@abzlevelup I appreciate your quick response and reiterating our concerns. It is not always easy to open up about challenges, but at the same time, that has been the same message being re-articulated for a year now. At some point, something has to be done to change the pattern. As agencies, developers, we are your front line. We get those 3am calls/text messages, too. We have to justify why we still keep EC (and ECP) platform as an option. We have to apologize for organization’s sites failing and becoming slower than an Apple ][ running Blender. Friday was probably the last straw for us. We are most likely going to lose a really good client today, and not for our work, but instead because the site is unstable and unreliable.

We’re done hearing the same stuff from TEC. We want to hear publicly what you are going to do about it for everyone using EC and ECP. We want to see you firmly commit to truly fixing the platform from the foundational aspects that keep failing it. We want to see you stop raising prices on anything, UNTIL you show your platform is worth it. Right now, it is not.
