If the wholesale pricing logic can be contained within the form itself, you might consider our (Gravity Wiz) Gravity Forms Conditional Pricing plugin.

This is possible with the Gravity Forms Limit Submissions plugin. More details here:

In reply to: [Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types] Category not savingJust tested with a Drop Down on my end and it worked without issue. Make sure the taxonomy is associated with the post type you are creating. And also check for a theme or plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all other plugins except Gravity Forms and GF Custom Post Types and setting your theme to a default WordPress theme.
Glad to help. ??

In reply to: [Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types] HTML Entities Not Escaped in TitlesThis plugin does not overwrite any fields unless they are configured to be overwritten with submitted values. Try to see if you can get this working for a regular post with Gravity Forms to rule this plugin out as the issue.
If you’re using the “Custom Field” type under the “Post Fields” group, you can then set the input type to “Phone” (or any of the other advanced field types). This will then map it to a custom field.
There are no definitive plans to add support for this. Gravity Forms is working on an official new add-on so I’m primarily just trying to keep the current features working until then.
Yes, you would create the “item” as a draft. The admin could then go in and review and publish.
