Hi,

I have already assigned it to a human agent.

Waiting for a resolution.

I tried, deactivating the plugin, deleting the plugin. But same issue persists.

Now, even if I upload an older version, it refuses to activate as WordPress keeps saying “Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.”

After my last message, I changed to a different/better server and this issue still persists.

Imagify just would not work on this site. But it works fine on other sites.

The only difference is foogallery (premium). Everything else is pretty much the same – theme, plugins are identical.

I have two other sites running on the same server (without Foogallery) and Imagify works fine.

On this site, I replaced Imagify with EWWW Image Optimizer and it works good. But FooGallery is not loading the .webp images that are being generated by EWWW.

My server runs on PHP 8.1 and has only GD. ImageMagick is not supported as per Cpanel update.

That is correct.

This is my website – at the moment, the plugin is active but there are no ads, ad groups or placements. I have deleted them all. You can go into any category and you will not see the short code.

As I mentioned I did not manually insert any shortcode. I used the placement option inside AdvancedAds to show the ads after the 1st paragraph.

I used the post content placement. Not manual option.

I can confirm that I have deleted all the ads, all the placements and all the adgroups. There isn’t anything in the backend.

I use Soledad theme.
I use Foogallery pro as part of my site and I have more than 200,000 images.

The issue is back. This time whenever I try to upload images, the plugin uses up the server resources and breaks.

Disabling the plugin works fine. But once I enable it back and try doing the same, the server usage goes up.
