I have posted a blog, and good news, it links to the live site. Unfortunately, it isn’t linking to our blog (https://www.splicesoftware.com/blog/) or the home page (www.splicesoftware.com). It is linking to something called the “Author Archive.” How can we switch this to link “by SPLICE Software” to our home page?

Before posting another blog & having subscribers receive a notification, can you please confirm that our account has been correctly re-linked to our live site (www.splicesoftware.com)?

Unfortunately, it appears that we’ve lost our subscribers. Without having to manually add them back in, how can we retrieve them?

I have disconnected and reconnected just now. Can you please confirm that this working with the live site (instead of dev) and that we have not lost subscribers.

Thank you for getting back to me. Before disconnecting and reconnecting, is it possible to simply adjust our settings and add in the correct author? (www.splicesoftware.com)

I would like to go with this option first, as I have read we run the risk of removing our existing subscriber list after disconnecting.
