In reply to: [WooCommerce] Hide Specific Attribute Dropdown on Product page (Brand)Thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately that is not what I’m looking for. I am not looking to hide an option inside a dropdown. I’m looking to remove the entire dropdown.
However, I found a better solution. Using the “Perfect Brands for Woocommerce” plugin, it appears to create a new taxonomy for Brands. This does not create any unwanted dropdowns and still works with plugins to feed products to Google Merchant Center with the dynamic field of Brand. This plugin also works with AIOSEO to automatically map the proper schema for Brand. Also, you can bulk edit the Brand assignment from the default backend woocommerce product listing page without any additional plugins.

In reply to: [PayPal for WooCommerce] Version 1.2.0 breaks woocomerce settings pageGot php upgraded to 5.6. Then updated to 1.2.1 of your plugin. Woocommerce settings page caused a 500 error and didn’t load at all. Deactivating the plugin caused the page to load.
So I uninstalled v1.2.1 of your plugin and manually installed 1.2. The woocommerce settings page was now working. I then upgraded automatically on the wordpress plugins page back to 1.2.1 and it is still working.
This issue is resolved. Thank you for the help.

In reply to: [PayPal for WooCommerce] Version 1.2.0 breaks woocomerce settings pageAlso, I downgraded back to 1.1.9.2 just now. Then I used the auto-upgrade feature in wordpress now that you have updated the repository to 1.2.0. The error persists.

In reply to: [PayPal for WooCommerce] Version 1.2.0 breaks woocomerce settings pageI have checked the error_log with WP_DEBUG set to true. No error was produced on the settings page. Nothing was in the error_log after enabling.
Do you have an email I can send you credentials to check out?
I understand it would take work on a free plugin. I already have the text changed on my website. My concern is that I disabled update notifications so I don’t lose the changes in the core file. With this suggestion, users would be able to update the text to something more natural.
If the plugin’s language is English, “Merchant do not support accepting in ” is not a proper translation.
Thanks for the reply. You are correct to say it makes sense if the merchant does not accept Visa, but that error message is universal. So if a mistake is made somewhere else on the form validation that doesn’t allow processing, the message does not make sense.
What if you made it a setting in the plugin where the user could save a custom error notice? That way it is not hardcoded in the plugin.

In reply to: [Ultimate Security Checker] 2.7.10 Breaks the "Add Media" button on postsI can confirm that after upgrading to Ultimate Security Checker 2.7.10 today, it broke my Add Media button on posts/pages. Also, when editing a post/page, the menu navigation on the right of the admin panel no longer popped out sub-menu items. Other pages within the admin panel displayed sub-menu items properly.
I have uninstalled only that plugin and everything returned to normal.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [BP Group Reviews] [Plugin: BP Group Reviews] Membersibasq, I had the same issue as you for over a year and took some community feedback before porting BP Group Reviews for profiles. I paid a developer to do it. Right now I offer it as donation only to cover those costs, but it can do what you’re looking for. Thanks to the community we are on our second release now. . You can Google “bp-wp profile reviews”.

In reply to: [WP-PageNavi] [Plugin: WP-PageNavi] Can't activate plugin: Parse Error.I was unable to activate or deactivate plugins from my admin panel. Also, plugins like Sexy Bookmarks stopped working. A general Google search lead me here and hinted at the problem wp-pagenavi. I wouldn’t have thought this plugin was the problem because it worked fine on the website.
After deleting the wp-pagenavi plugin folder via FTP, everything works just find. Using WordPress 3.0.1
