We have benn using your plugin without any 3rd party apps to manage product images. We always used sync option to sync between shopify and WP and it has always worked untill the recent versions of your plugins.

I am trying to show product image thumnails on the product detail pages. My older version of wp shopify was working but when I updated to a recommended by you version thumbnails stopped showing.

Sorry to say but I have not received any response from your support for a week. Plugin does not work as intended and does not display image galleries. You rolled out 2 plugin updates and none of it fixed the problem…and then you stopped responding for emails with support. Too bad we need to go here and express our anger as you could sort it all out via simple communication.

The version 3.5.2 does not link to product gallery. I tried to contact support but no response since a week.

I am having the same problem. I updated to the latest version 3.5.2 and since 2 weeks i still have no product galery. Unfortunately i lost contact with Andrew….
