I have read the stickied topic and tried every suggestion offered. I even went to a couple sites I found on Google, and still I can’t seem to decode/decrypt the footer.

Not sure if it will help, but I am using the Mahiwaga theme from Padd Solutions. WordPress version is 3.0.1.
