I realized this is what’s happening for me as well, I see this thread marked as resolved, but no answer posted… Can anyone please explain how to fix this issue?

I am also having this problem, any insight at all would be greatly appreciated!

Is there another way to order the categories on the “All Products” / top level category page? The re-ordering works perfect once any product is clicked and the user lands on the indvidual product page, just not on the categories page showing all or individual categories.
