Soooo close! That helped a LOT, but now I’ve got a horizontal scroll even though width is set to 100%.

there is a huge difference. Source is exactly 100% height on every device/monitor. I see no vertical scrollbar in the iframe. I do see one on the far right, but that’s to be expected since there is content below the iframe.

I tried the ratio option after purchasing. Here’s my shortcode:

It’s a bit too tall now. I divided the height by the width to get the ratio, but it’s still not really responsive. Different sizes on different monitors. Any ideas? Works perfectly outside of the iframe.

I wonder if the menu on top is affecting the height? It seems that the height is off by about the same amount as the height of the navigation.

Below is my shortcode. When I added the onload_resize=”true” it did the opposite of 100% height. It shrunk it to about 100 pixels high. I’ve taken it out. Are there any options in the paid version that might help?

I’m using the free version. If I purchase the pro version will I be able to fix it?

The source is an html web page on the same domain. I don’t think I need the external workaround then, right? Shortcode is:

Having the same error with 25 websites I just moved. On one website, I deleted the plugin but still found references to the old server in the database. 141 references to MainWP were still in the database even after deleting the plugin.

Thanks for the reply. Your suggestion did the trick. I had installed the Autoptomize plugin last month. Once deactivated, FileAway worked fine.

Woke up to an update. The fix worked fine.

One of their support folks verified the issue and it’s in their issue tracker now.

A lot of folks are having the same issue on the Elegant Themes forum. Looks like it’s Divi-specific and we’ll have to wait until they offer a fix. I haven’t seen them acknowledge the issue yet.

Same problem here after the last update, also using Divi.

I have a products page designated under the settings, but it stopped displaying my product categories. I placed the [product_categories] shortcode in there and it works fine now. BUT, when I go to Products in the back-end, there is no list of products.

Thanks Marco, but we’re not using a page builder. Widgets seem fine.

This would not “assign all new users the same billing information.” But thanks for trying.
