Thanks so much but that seems to be if all posts are going from one ending (-html) to another (.html) whereas all of mine are currently ending in /?p=#### (#=different numbers for each post) and I want to change it to, for example, /date-postname

So it turns out my host doesn’t allow this function to run. I’ll be looking at upgrading

I get messages such as:

and
RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Could not open handle for fopen() to https://planet.www.ads-software.com/feed/

As for upgrading, I’m nervous to upgrade as I know newer versions have disabled the html editing component which I need to have. If 3.2 still allows you full control I would consider it.

All fixed! Something was wrong in the single post file. Not sure what but it’s working now after I reinstated the original.

Plugins didn’t work but I did switch to Twenty Eleven and it is a theme specific problem unfortunately :/ I’m just confused as people had left comments before. I must have accidentally changed some coding. *sigh* I’ll go through it with a fine toothed comb and hopefully something will come up.

I thought it was that too and I actually changed it from default to the custom one to see if it would help but nothing. I just changed it back to default like you suggested but still the same problem :/

Anything else? I’m really struggling with this >.>
