It is indeed the wp tool tip plugin which has glossary pages option in it which I never knew – perhaps after I updated the plugin, that got enabled and wouldn’t go away.

So I disabled it from showing up and deleted it from the page list. It doesn’t show up on my website.

I have not installed any glossary plugins. But I do have a Tool Tip plugin since years, which did not create the glossary page like this.. It will be interesting to see if that’s the culprit.

Thank you for the links, I will follow them and see if it solves the problem.
