Hi Rob, Carly,
What you’re seeing here is actually due to an update we’re working on for Leadin to further merge it with HubSpot to provide a fully integrated system. This update you saw is actually a result of a pretty great feature inside the HubSpot Marketing platform that makes it possible to track your website visitors across multiple domain names you have, if you have more than one but it does make a modification to the URLs to make this possible. We’re working to fully roll this feature out to Leadin users with an option to disable in-app, in the meantime I can completely disable this feature for your account which should mean that the URLs are not modified going forward. If you reach out to our team via the channels mentioned here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/important-information-please-contact-us-on-our-site/ we should be able to get it disabled straight away.
I hope this helps shine some light on what you’re seeing. If there is anything I can clarify or if you have any follow up questions please do let me know.
Thanks,
ShayThanks for your review! Perhaps I can help add some additional info and get that extra star ??
Regarding customising the forms, that’s actually something we’ve begun working on, no exact timeframe just yet but as we have more info we’ll definitely keep you posted.
In relation to the selector, if a CSS ID is present, the collected forms tool should use that as an identification first before moving to the CSS class. If that’s not what you’re seeing please do let us know here: https://leadin.hubspot.com/knowledge#contact_form with some examples and we can confirm what’s happening.
Regarding putting leads into lists, we have a potential solution to this on the way, possibly within the next couple months, stay tuned ?? The same can be said for importing, we’re teaming up with HubSpot CRM to make that possible.
As for importing leads from/into HubSpot, we’ve recently released Leadin as an add-on for HubSpot Marketing and HubSpot Sales/CRM as outlined here: https://leadin.hubspot.com/knowledge/add-leadin-to-hubspot This actually results in Leadin and HubSpot sharing the exact same account/database meaning all contacts generated by Leadin are automatically part of the HubSpot contacts database. While it’s not possible to integrate an existing Leadin account with an existing HubSpot account, the add-on makes it possible to add the Leadin tools to HubSpot and have one unified account.
Regarding the personalised links with a parameter, not possible just yet but it is featured on our Ideas forum here, I’d recommend adding a vote to stay in the loop on progress ??
Thanks again for your review! ~Shay

Thanks for your review, Nomsy! At the moment I’m afraid it’s not possible to import contacts into Leadin but it’s something we’re looking to introduce over the next few months, watch this space ??
Thanks,
ShayHi Andre, followed up via the support ticket you opened but wanted to close the loop here in the event others had a similar question. The good news is that this is a feature we currently have in development, no timeline for release just yet but as we have news we’ll definitely keep everyone posted.
Thanks,
ShayHi Mike, it looks like my colleague Niall responded to your email to our team, as mentioned in our sticky post in this forum we request that you contact us via the in-app help methods or via our website as we are unable to offer the same level of support on this forum.
Regarding your question itself, we’re still working through a few open questions regarding changes made in 4.6 but we should have news soon. From our testing so far it shouldn’t cause any issues but we’re still working on a total verification of that.
Thanks, Shay
Hi there,
It looks like you’ve reached out to us as outlined in our stickied post on the forum, thank you for that ?? I wanted to close the loop here for anyone who may find this post. For Fast Secure Contact Form to work with Leadin there is one setting that needs to be changed as outlined here: https://leadin.hubspot.com/knowledge/how-to-use-leadin-with-fast-secure-contact-form
Thanks,
ShayHi Sean,
What you might be seeing here is due to the Collected Forms tool in Leadin, the one that makes it possible to capture a copy of submissions on existing website forms, it captures a copy of the data on the form the moment the submit button is pressed on the form. The caveat here is that it captures a submission any time the submit button is pressed. You will likely find that the contacts that are showing up in Leadin did not submit all the required info on the Gravity Form meaning Gravity Form rejected the submission but Leadin would have capture the submission regardless.
I hope this helps shine some light on what you’re seeing. If there is anything I can clarify definitely let me know. The best way to reach out to us in the future would definitely be via the in-app Help widget, as outlined here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/important-information-please-contact-us-on-our-site?replies=1
Thanks,
ShayThanks for your review, Kristen! Glad we were able to help get you set up and running with Leadin in the end ??
Hi there, thanks for reaching out! The Leadin lead flows tool is built in a way to ensure that if a user had submitted the lead flow previously they should not see it again going forward. This is based on a cookie that is added to the visitors browser, which tells the lead flow not to load as this is a known visitor.
If the visitor was to visit from two different browsers or two different devices they would it see it again on the newer device as cookies are not synced between devices but for the most part they should not see your lead flow repeatedly if they have either submitted or dismissed it previously.
I hope this helps, if there is anything I can clarify or if you are seeing any issues with this please reach out to us via our support form here: https://leadin.hubspot.com/knowledge, as mentioned in our sticky post on this forum.
Thanks!
Hi there, thanks for reaching out. In order to get to the bottom of what’s causing these issues would you be able to follow up with the email address these notifications should be going to and your website URL? As described in the sticky-post in this forum please reach out via our Knowledge Base or via the Help widget in-app as that will help us get to the bottom of problems much faster, see here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/important-information-please-contact-us-on-our-site
Thanks,
ShayHi Aparna, looks like you reached out to us via our support team (as mentioned at the top of the WordPress Forum) and have gotten an answer there. The best way to get help on Leadin is as mentioned in the sticky post, if you have any follow up questions please feel free to reply to that email you received yesterday.
Thanks,
ShayHi Alvin,
Just got back to your separate msg but wanted to close the loop here too. The only emails that are currently supported by the Leadin MailChimp integration are ones built using Automation in MailChimp, we do not currently trigger the auto-responder emails in MailChimp as noted in the Notes section of our documentation here: https://leadin.hubspot.com/knowledge/how-do-i-connect-leadin-to-mailchimp
This is something we’re looking into improving on but for the moment I’m afraid it is not possible.
Hi Alvin,
Looks like my colleague Ben responded to your email ticket to our team, if you have any follow up questions please reply to Ben via that thread.
Thanks,
ShayI’m afraid this logic does not exist inside the Leadin PHP plugin code, it lives inside our own infrastructure so it cannot be changed locally.
