Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! At the moment I’m afraid there is no way to prevent Leadin from identifying these non-checked checkboxes but it’s something that we’re hoping to get better at over time. Unfortunately we have no workarounds but as we have news on this we’ll definitely keep you posted!
Hi Pascal,
Just got back to your in-app ticket, should find a reply in your inbox. The update I mentioned above to make it possible to install the plugin for an existing Web App account is very close to be released which will make this much easier. We’ll have some news soon and you’ll see an update from us at that point. I hope this helps!
Hi Pascal,
Just replied to your in-app message now, you should have a reply from me there. As per the notice at the top of our WordPress forum we advise against reaching out to us here as we are unable to offer the same level of support here as we can via our in-app help options.
If you have any follow up questions, feel free to respond via my reply which you should have in your inbox.
Cheers!
ShayThank you for your review! Glad you like the tool ??
Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! Taking a look into things on our side, we ran a few tests with Events Calendar (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/the-events-calendar/), Event Tickets (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/event-tickets/) and Woocommerce and we were unable to reproduce any issue loading the Leadin Dashboard on our side. If possible would you be able to reach out to us via our support form here: https://leadin.hubspot.com/knowledge#contact_form with some more information about the error you’re seeing, possibly some screenshots? I can work with our team to confirm what may be causing what you’re seeing. Thanks!
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! In order to troubleshoot further and confirm for sure why you’re seeing this we’ll need a little more info to run some tests. Would you be able to reach out to us via [email protected] or https://leadin.hubspot.com/knowledge#contact_form and send over the name of the contact and the URL of your website? We should be able to run some tests to confirm why you’re seeing this.
Thanks,

Thanks for the heads up on this guys, in our debugging we had been checking specifically for critical errors only, not warns so this slipped by us. We have just updated the plugin to resolve this so it should be a-ok going forward. You should find an update to Leadin v4.7.1 available soon inside WordPress. Definitely let me know if you see any further issues with it.
Thanks again for letting us know! ~Shay

Hi @pako6,
If you’re seeing the same data in the Web App and WordPress plugin, it is likely that you’re accessing the same account in both, however this is only possible in a small number of circumstances, mainly if you sign up for the Leadin Web App using the same email address as the user that you log into WordPress with. For example, if your WordPress user email is [email protected] and you sign up for the Leadin Web App with the email address [email protected], you can access your WordPress account via the Web App. This is not currently something that we fully support, but is possible.
The side effect of this is that you actually do create a new Web App account during signup, so you will actually see two accounts when logging in, one which is your existing WordPress Leadin account and your new Web App account.
We are working to streamline this process and make it easier for users to log into the Web App for their WordPress Leadin account, but for the moment it’s not something that we fully support.
I hope this helps shine some light on it. If you have any questions please let me know.
Thanks for posting Ton!
In the meantime I’m afraid it would not be possible to self-host the Leadin JavaScript to implement this translation due to how the JS is severed, uniquely to each visitor on your site. As we have news on the translations I’ll definitely keep you posted.
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! At the moment I’m afraid it is not possible to translate the Leadin form fields into Dutch but we are looking into expanding the language options soon. If Dutch would be a beneficial language for Leadin to include, it’s best to add this as an idea to our Ideas Forum where other users can vote on this language and help us guide our future development. You can find this forum here.
Thanks!
Hi @pako6, @timoleinio,
This is indeed something we’re planning on implementing for WordPress, however, I don’t have a concrete timeline when it’ll be released just yet. We’re working on some huge updates that will be released soon, which have taken much of our focus lately I’m afraid.
Regarding the Web App version, while we do indeed have this version, if you sign up at https://app.hubspot.com/leadin-signup it will create a brand new Leadin account for you which will not be installed on your site, you will need to manually install the Leadin embed code rather than installing the plugin (which installs the embed code for you). There is no way to merge two Leadin accounts together.
This is a process which we’re hoping to make smoother in the coming months as we roll out more updates to Leadin, including providing the ability to gain access to your Leadin WordPress plugin account via the Web App so you can access your single account in two places.
As we have news on both these features we’ll be sending out updates to our users.
I hope this helps, if there is anything I can clarify definitely let me know.
Hi mxpijoan, Enrique,
Thanks for your feedback! At the moment we don’t have a concrete timeline for when this will be possible unfortunately but we’ve just created a new feedback/ideas forum for Leadin where we’ll be notifying users of updates to requests just like this. I’d highly recommend adding a vote/following this request as we’ll be adding progress and news directly to this post: https://ideas.hubspot.com/forums/351120-leadin-by-hubspot-ideas/suggestions/12846312-integrate-leadin-with-mailpoet
Thanks again for your feedback.
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! Not 100% sure why you’d be seeing issues like this but we can definitely get to the bottom of it. If possible can you confirm the URL of the website where Leadin is installed? I should be able to run some tests to confirm why the popup form is not appearing on the site itself and what to do to resolve it. If you would rather, you can always reach out to us via our support form on our side and shoot over any information there rather than in the public WordPress forum. You can find this here: https://leadin.hubspot.com/knowledge
Thanks!
