where 17 here in the code is id of the category and 10 is number of posts u want to show ..

i got the same problem..i uploaded all the files to the same directory and i edited config.php with the database details..still i am getting a problem..it is displaying a error saying

Problem in wp-config.php – $base is set to BASE when it should be the path like “/” or “/blogs/”! Please fix it!

so please tell me how to fix it

i dont know whether that is a plugin or not…but every user after registering a blog he gets some default comment as i said before..

in which foldr should i upload home.php…wordpress installed folder or theme folder?
