Any resolution or updates? Another possibility is a bad installation. You might try deactivating and uninstalling, then get the latest version from the SVN.

Here’s a screenshot of the latest iiRe Social Icons (0.42 from the WordPress SVN new install) Widget Designer running on a WordPress.3.4.2 production site in Chrome. Settings save properly and UI is laid out correctly.

Try a prior version, such as 0.40 or even 0.30 There are issues with jQuery UI 1.92 between WordPress 3.42 and WordPress 3.5.

Also, you might try deactivate and uninstall, then reinstall from the SVN. Perhaps a corrupt installation.

Usually means a server connection problem. The plugin is self-contained only connects to the WordPress database itself… any other information you can provide?

You are most welcome and I’m glad this solution worked for you… I may consider adding the z-index a setting to the shortcode designer. When using this in all sorts of different templates, things like this tend to crop up.

It appears that a DIV in the header in your theme is overlayed on top on the iiRe Social icons, which is disabling the links. You may be able to correct this by setting the z-index in the theme CSS for the social icons.

Your theme div is set to a z-index of 15, so you will need to add this, adjusting the 0 as needed.

div#iire_social_shortcode ( z-index: 0; }

Can you send a link to the site you are using the plugin?

Good news! The latest update should have resolved any jQuery conflicts. I just tested all your widget links on your site and everything appears to be working with the widget.

Lunavore, please deactivate and delete any prior versions and try the latest version (0.41)

I just install version 0.30 on a new site downloaded from the www.ads-software.com and these icons are 100% functional in the widget and shortcode in this order with no activation key.

Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, You Tube, Pinterest, Email, RSS, Add To Favorites, External Link, Website, Info 1, Info 2, Chat, Contact Us, Print and Blank. That’s 16 icons total.
