Oh, that’s why. I have created custom pages which include WooCommerce shortcode, and the tooltip is not showing up on those pages. I did not realize it worked on the Shop page only.

I can’t drag and drop them. I’ve tried it already. I’ve clicked on the large image and tried to drag it to a new spot to reorder it, but it goes right back to where it was originally. Is there something I’m missing? Is there something else I should drag instead?

I’m getting the same error. Obviously, this isn’t working as expected. Too bad … Once I demo a plugin, that actually works as expected, I always buy it. Can’t get this one to work, and there are many unanswered questions in the forum.

It also does not work with Pages. I do not have a page option – only posts.
