Thank you for contacting us. There has been a recent update of a certificate from LetsEncrypt and the certificate that was issued before 29th September had to be renewed. We have incorporated this change in the latest release. Kindly update the plugin to the latest version and perform the setup.

Both the plugin do the same job and you should not need Really Simple SSL if you are using the SSL Zen plugin.

There is been a change that has happened from LetsEncrypt(Certification Authority). Please spend a minute understanding the change by visiting the below link –

Kindly update the SSL Zen plugin to the latest version and go through the setup. This should resolve the issue.

Thank you for contacting us. Recently the trust anchor from LetsEncrypt with the name DST Root CA X3 expired and hence has an alternate certificate issuing trust anchor ISRG Root X1. We have incorporated this change in our latest plugin release.
Kindly upgrade the plugin and go through the installation process once again to resolve the issue.
