Done ??
Hi!
I just checked the post, it is working now! Thank you so much!! You just saved me the trouble of editing the alt title and title for over 5000 images!
Thank you so much!!! ??Hello.
Thanks for taking the time for this. I installed the file you sent, it hides the title altogether now. Tried changing colors on global setting to make sure nothing’s amiss there. Still nothing.
Hello,
-I already tried changing the global settings, and even contacted the Elementor support team, who logged in and checked this. They mentioned since it’s another plugin, the settings are somehow not working. The plugin is overriding the settings.
-Currently, I do have the latest version of Premium Addons.-I haven’t turned off the Show title option as you mentioned, because there are over 300 posts, and since initially the caption was being displayed, all of them have the show title button active, changing it individually would not be feasible, hence I’ve just done that using custom css.
But the issue is not not displaying it, it’s actually to have the option to display the alt title or description. For some reason, despite using the Elementor lightbox, it is overriding the lightbox global settings.
Thanks for looking into this
Hello,
Thanks for your response. Please check the link belowhttps://www.designnuance.com/?p=27830&preview=1&_ppp=9ef74227eb
Please note that I’ve added custom css to not display the caption as it shows the title, so no text would be displayed.

In reply to: [Custom Post Type UI] Taxonomy missingHey Michael,
Thank you so much for your help. I managed to recover a deleted backup and restored from that, and now everything is back to the way it should be. Still not sure what went wrong, but from now on going to keep older backups too :’)Really appreciate your support!

In reply to: [Custom Post Type UI] Taxonomy missingUnfortunately its missing from the Registered Types and Taxes submenu as well. I was checking my spam folder in mail and found out that the only update that happened around the time is the WordPress version. Since it was in Spam, I hadn’t noticed it till now. Do you think something like this could’ve happened because of the update?
Still wondering if just the plugin can be restored from the backup I had mentioned previously?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Custom Post Type UI] Taxonomy missingHey, Yes, I can see a bunch of text including taxonomy names, but not the one that is missing.
Screenshot below.Thank you for looking into this.

In reply to: [Custom Post Type UI] Taxonomy missingYes, that’s what I thought :’)
The plugin is active, all other taxonomies working just fine.
I have a doubt (please keep in mind that I’m a beginner so this could be silly), I had done a full backup of my website from cPanel a year ago (the most recent backup unfortunately doesn’t help as it was after the issue started). Here is a screenshot of the main content. https://prnt.sc/RjJfhRLUtCLw
Will this help bring back the taxonomy in anyway? Since it had sub-categories, backup from even an year ago would actually be helpful. Thanks again!

In reply to: [Custom Post Type UI] Taxonomy missingThank you for your response. This is the strange part. I did not make any changes, no auto-updates happened either. Everything was working fine, then for a week or so did not even log into the site since I was travelling and while travelling I tried to open the website and project categories are nowhere to be seen.

In reply to: [Custom Post Type UI] Display taxonomy childrenYes! You got it exactly right.

In reply to: [Custom Post Type UI] Display taxonomy childrenI think you’ve almost got it. But the pages you shared is regarding post types, and not post taxonomies. Apologies if I got it wrong, I’m just starting to learn.
Also here what I actually would like to achieve. These offices have names of offices listed, so for example Office ABCD also has an image and some text in the description. I’m trying to get that description to display alongside the office name.
I really appreciate you taking the time. Hopefully there’s some solution to this thing that I want to do.
Hi,
To follow-up and to mention another thing, the lightbox displays the caption/alt-title as required in the previous versions of the plugin. So it must be an issue with the latest version.Hi,
For each image I upload to posts, I add a title, alt title and caption.
I use the Media Grid widget of Premium Addons to display these images in a Grid, which opens in a lightbox when clicked on.I had changed the global setting of lightbox to show the image caption instead of the title when an image is opened.
It’s been working fine for years until today I realized its displaying the title under the image when opened in lightbox.I hope this clarifies it a bit more,
Please let me know if you need more information.Thank you so much.

In reply to: [Sinatra] Reduce logo and header size on scrollHi,
Thanks a lot for taking a look into this.
As you said, I do not use the inbuilt sticky header, because when I turn that feature on, it makes the menu sticky rather than the logo bar that needs to be sticky.
Is there another way to make this happen without the plugin I’m currently using? The logo was actually turning up correct until recently, when I had to change the logo to the current one, after that the tablet and mobile versions do not appear correct.
Here is the screenshot of the homepage from mobile.
Thank you!
