I’m having the same issue! I uninstalled all plugins and it still didn’t work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Yoast multiple times as well.

I am having the same issue., it has always worked and suddenly it is not.

I already saw that before I posted the message. Again, as you see it works just fine under the one directory but not on any others and the settings are EXACTLY the same. Is it possible that you can’t use a new plugin installation 40 times for one domain name?

Each has its own separate installation.
