Found just what I was looking for

Page Security by Contexture plugin allow me to set up groups or simply select registered users on any page I have on my web and now when anyone using my website they will only see certain menus if logged in and only be able to view certain pages if logged in, even if they not the http address of the page they want to view.

Great plugin and would recommend it ??

just downloaded PMPro and PMPro bbPress but after following the videos for set up this plugin only seems to give the option to restrict access to forum areas and not wordpress pages in my site.

Is this correct or have i missed something.

BB press allows only logged in users to post in my forum but what I would like is through the same login to be able to restrict access to webpages outside of the forum.

Does anyone know a plugin that would do that?

i will take a look at paidmembership pro and hopefully it will add on neatly to the bb press log in I am already using.

I have not as yet updated to twenty fourteen. I am not so knowledgeable about web site, mine was built by a friend and I simply manage the content.

But as I have paid for forest themes I thought if I loaded in twenty fourteen it would simply mess up my formats as it not enfold which I am currently using

I too have encountered problems since updating to version 4 yesterday. I can now no longer edit pages or widgets.

I can open a page ot edit but the main content icon just spins and never opens while the menu across the top and down the right hand side of the page open ok.

I am using Forestthemes

I have alos tried deactivating all plugins

but still the problem persists.

Can some oone advise me have I can resolve this problem
