Yes I see that but that will change the font size everywhere, I only want to change the font size on the home page. How can I do this?

Sorry, I didn’t realise. Yes it does work but the font size is too big compared to the other information on the homepage. Is there a way I can either make it match the other font, or manually change it? The font size is fine on the actual article itself, but on the homepage it needs to be smaller.

Thank you for your help so far. When I write

echo do_shortcode(‘[mashshare shares=”true” buttons=”false” align=”right” ]’);

I get “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ECHO” , why is this?

My entire line is :

$cb_author .= ‘<i class=”fa fa-user”></i>’ . echo do_shortcode(‘[mashshare shares=”true” buttons=”false” align=”right” ]’);

Thanks so much for your help so far.

I’ve managed to edit my core.php file so that the share information is displayed on the homepage. As you can see, it currently works. However, the font is wrong and the wrong size. I have tried using your shortcodes but they do not work – please could you let me know what I need to write?

So far all I have is:

do_shortcode(‘[mashshare shares=true buttons=false align=right]’);

Also, is it possible to have it written like ’10 shares’ instead of the word ‘shares’ being under the number 10?

I have also seen that https://mashable.com/ does it too – so it must be possible! All story covers display number of shares on the front page!

Thanks. What’s the reason the first one is not possible? My current theme places number of article views on the home page, so I would have thought this would be ok to implement.
