I cant find back where I read that they use data (our…) for advertising purpose. We were using Addtoany on a few sites, removed all… On 38 other sites, bye bye.
Collecting data, well… But anyway WHY would our site need to connect to a remote server just to display some icons? ??

The problem is of course not in the theme but in your plugin! Why a theme would create problems in a plugins that fetches the content from the database?!

We already understood that you don’t feel concerned by our problem, as at least 3 updates have been published since we wrote about it, and none of them fixed the problem.

By the way I have an update: We got the SAME problem with a new client that uses a Ten-20 (WP basic) theme.

We have decided to get rid of your plugin and are using another one that works perfectly, and that even allows insertion of subscribe form in each article, and immediate sendings for new articles. All for free.

The change would be canceled in the next plugin update. Better to put the code in the additional CSS area of the theme.

Hum but so, AO checks its cache’s stats only once an hour? As far as I can remember, before it began to but the counter was updated very often and quite always gave a real indication of the amount of files…

Update: It never wipes the files now, whatever we put ?? In other words, it doesn’t work, suddenly!

But I noticed that Autoclear-AO stays with a red light, and doesn’t clear. I opened a ticket too, it happened today, all was running well before. I had 512 Mo limit, I turned to 1 Go and it began to stop working. Now same result whatever I enter in setup.
I assume that Autoclear-AO uses your transient, so?

Understood! By the way I have a question, we track currently only posts, but would like to add a counter on the index page. Tried with a custom code, no way to make it work, probably we put it in a wrong place. We tried into a widget on the homepage, nothing. Where should it be placed?

Hello, yes all latest versions of all, on site and server.
As we had another problem (caching) we finally reinstalled completely the site on the same server, with fresh copies of plugins and an empty options table. For now we don’t notice problems with the pvc_tables.

For info: Centos 8, apache, php-fpm with opcache, mariadb

Finally we reinstalled the website on the same server and guess what? It works at the new place! I really don’t understand, datacenter helped to audit the site and server, they don’t understand too! This is strange, but finally it works, and of course site now rocks ?? Thank you for your help, in a few days I will consider the “paid version”, just a lot of things to fix before!
