Well, in fact… Adding a function in the functions.php of child theme is ok. The default level is “edit_other_posts”, we replace by “activate_plugin” that only the admin has, it’s ok.

function metaslider_change_required_role($capability) {
return ‘activate_plugins’;
}
add_filter(‘metaslider_capability’, ‘metaslider_change_required_role’);

It should be possible to do without any additional plugin, because all other plugins show up only for admins. This one (that is very good ?? shows up, so it should be possible to change a parameter inside so that it follows the same rules than other plugins.

Is this plugin dead? If not maybe the admin could find some minutes to reply to this message and try to fix the problem, before we move to a more reliable program?

Well, contributors can see the plugin link in their admin panel, with all options. Usually they can NOT see *any* plugin…

Wfphil, the page is interested with the updated exit nodes, but so why isn’t there an option in Wordfence to use this list? ?? I agree with jsmo, it should be possible to switch on/off the TOR filter, and a wordfence option would be great.

Thank you! We already have the PRO license ?? We solved the problem by increasing the php values for memory, etc, for this site. So far no problem, we process by batch of 3 months (1500-1800 articles). Sure, a CLI option would be great, we use it for example to import large XML files.
