It is not giving me any other details?

I’m having the same problem using 2.2.13

Online Backup for WordPress Plugin Version 2.2.13
PHP Version: 4.4.8
MySQL Server Version: 4.1.22

End of Information

Its complaining about UTF8 files, but I’ve no idea where to find them. I’ve 239 errors saying the same thing.

How can we get hold of a debug version to find these issues?
