Thanks for your help lee I realize now you thought i was asking about the menu when i was asking about the box on the page. Anyhows you did sned me off in the right direction so I appreciate it. I found what I was looking for to create the tabs “WP UI – Tabs, Accordions, Sliders” and I also discovered anouther great plugin “Shortcodes Ultimate” along the way.

I appreciate your reply lee but I dont see how any of those are going to help me, the link you added included shortcodes for contact forms and facebook feeds which not really what I am looking for.
Does anyone else have any suggestions please?

Im looking for something that has the star feature as on this page with the rating but that can be done for individual questions on a survey
