hi this issue is not resolved. you said you were going to leave it open for a bit?

unfortunately i only saw it in the backend. i am not even finished building the webshop so i panicked when i saw the comment. unfortunately i deleted it before i could get a screenshot of it and i can’t recall which category it was on.

no solution to this?

unfortunately i deleted the spam comment before i could get a screen shot of it before i deleted it. i guess i will just have to wait and see if it happens again?

hi, i am not using a plugin for the language. the theme and plugins i am using are also english.

the problem is that some of the text appears in dutch when it should appear in english.

hi, i did not use to get faster support. how can i get any support if a post is marked as resolved when it is not? when i read about modlook before i used it, it says “It should be added when in your opinion a forum moderator needs to take action on a post or thread.”

i didn’t know that modlook could not be used to reopen a post. in the future, should i just make a new post if it has been resolved and it has not been?

i see that this post is still marked as resolved when the issue has not been.

i’m sorry i haven’t replied back to this thread. i’ve been busy with other projects this week. i will try what the video says sometime this week and report back to this post.

hi, my theme does not have a form on it per the theme support. they finally got back to me. they do not know how a comment was allowed on a category. as far as i know, i have comments turned off on all my pages (per the suggestion above).

hi, thanks. i hadn’t tried changing the slug. is that all i would need to do to have a different “drink & food bowls” for cat and a different one for dog with different products that don’t display with the word “cat” and “dog”?

in my initial post, i forgot to mention that when i add it the first way, the word “cat” and “dog” still appear when i visit the category page. i had tried removing “cat” and “dog” through the menu, but then it still displayed as “katten” (dutch for cats) when i opened the category. i do not wish the word cat and dog to show at all on the category. so looking at your screenshot, the solution seems to be changing the slug if i’m interpreting it correctly?

i’m still not sure what you mean by “drag in import elements”.

i feel like this has been a waste of time since support doesn’t include photos. i can import the posts without the photos without the plugin. it’s the photo’s that i really need to import.

is there a point in continuing this ticket if i won’t be able to import the photos?

also i’ve gotten the posts to import without the plugin previously and everything worked fine last year. then the images disappeared. now when i try to import i only get the posts or the timeout error. how could it have worked last year without the plugin and now they’re empty with the plugin or timing out?

all of these posts have images.

hi, per the above suggestion i will open a support ticket on the website as i’ve still not been able to fix this.
