In reply to: [Decorator - WooCommerce Email Customizer] Link site title in footer? Thanks, that seems to work.
Except the link color. Oddly, it shows fine in customizer but doesn’t change from black in test emails.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce incorrectly says child theme woofiles out of dateWe haven’t tested this, as we’ve been moving to a new server and had to delete staging entirely to do it. Unfortunately, I don’t know which version it started with.
That seemed to work! Thank you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce incorrectly says child theme woofiles out of dateOk. Here they are. So far as I know, this theme has always been compatible with Woocommerce. We use it on many sites.

In reply to: Missing Revisions in Post EditorIt looks like it might be something in Code Snippets. Not the plugin itself, even in the child functions php it is blocking them. But I don’t think it always did. There certainly nothing in there that SHOULD block them. Did something change in the revision feature that an old snippet might not be able to handle?
Oddly, I tried disabling them one at a time and that did not bring the revisions back. Only completely disabling them all worked.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Form in lightbox not workingDue the client’s need I have temporarily switched to another plugin for the main button but I have the original on a duplicate page in hopes I can switch back if a fix appears, (and therefore not need the extra)

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Form in lightbox not workingI can confirm it would be running an old script from before you got it. This is an older site and I know we set it up when the plugin was run by iirc RavanH. I recall using it on more than one site (though I’m not sure the others are still using it for a form). It’s not even using blocks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce incorrectly says child theme woofiles out of dateWe already have a staging. The thing is, it’s both deceptive and confusing for it to say the child theme templates are out of date when it is not. I keep going to replace them only to realize I’ve already done it.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce incorrectly says child theme woofiles out of dateIt’s not even an error message. It just insists it has old template files. Even after all cache is cleared server side. I’m not sure I can deactivate it, this is a live site.

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] Form in lightbox not workingI just tested. The form with just fields works. However, if I add a checkbox or a radio button it won’t let me select and console gives the timeout error. Add a recaptcha and that just spins.
This may have something to do with those form security updates. It was a lot of form plugins and a lot of different lightboxes suddenly seemed to run afoul of the security changes. I have tested the others and some have fixed it, but I was hoping not to need to on this site. Seems overkill to add a whole popup plugin for one little form in a lightbox. I hope we can fix it.- This reply was modified 2 months, 1 week ago by Starhorsepax2.

In reply to: 503 and the usual methods don’t work. HELP pleaseOdd thing is we do have other sites on there in that shared hosting and only this one is doing it. I was actually wondering though if it could be something to do with Immunify. I noticed something in there that it kills scripts it thinks are attacks. I wonder if somehow, it’s gotten the idea we, the administrators, are the attacks. Unfortunately, we don’t have access to turn off the setting to test.
