Sorry, my example was not clear.
The issue is with the active campaign integration inside forminator (as you asked me to try). The example of elementor was just to show that the native form of elementor shows all the fields correctly while forminator doesn’t.
That’s why I think is an issue related to forminator and not active campaign itself as it works fine with elementor

Yeah that was the code, but it adds the balloon below the slider and not on top of it

also it’s not correctly centered, don’t know why
