    Hi @boca-jo ,

Thank you for your inquiry. Indeed, it is possible to embed individual Word documents directly onto WordPress pages using our plugin, utilizing a ShortCode. The plugin will display the document content directly onto your WordPress page. You can also use Microsoft 365 embeds, but you can’t control the parameters like viewport, user access and public availability.

If you’re interested in a demonstration, please reach out to us through the support form in the plugin or by visiting plugin website. Our team will schedule a call accordingly.

Feel free to open a ticket in case of any additional questions or concerns. I’ll be glad to assist further.

    Thanks,
    Team miniOrange!

    Hi @integritydrs ,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our paid version of the plugin includes a feature that dynamically generates SHORTCODEs, linking SharePoint folders to WordPress users. When you place this ShortCode on the Buddyboss profile of a user, the plugin will detect the currently logged-in user and automatically display the relevant folders. This mapping can be based on the user’s email, username, or any additional profile attribute.

If you’d like to test out this functionality, please contact us via the Demo Request form on the website plugin or through our plugin. We’re more than happy to assist you.

Feel free to let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Best regards,

    Hello there,

Our plugin allows you to create shortcodes for specific folders. This means you can embed content from user’s assigned folder on your WordPress page or post. They would be able to see only the files/folders nested inside. Also, users don’t need to log in with their OneDrive accounts; they can simply log in to WordPress to access the assigned folder.

If you need help setting this up, just use the support/contact form within the plugin. We’re here to assist you.

    Thanks,
    Team MiniOrange

    Hi mvp1979,

I hope you are doing well! We are glad that you liked our Embedding SharePoint/OneDrive plugin for WordPress and are further interested in exploring the premium options.

We are happy to let you know that Enterprise version of SharePoint/OneDrive plugin allows you to assign a specific folders to the clients/users and they will be able to view the content only present in the assigned folders. The users accessing the files will need to log in using their WordPress or AzureAD/Sharepoint account to view the files. Additionally, the plugin will show them folders only if they have the required permissions. The plugin masks the URLs which means users won’t be able to access the files directly by inspecting and using the access URLs.

The plugin will provide users with the seamless experience of viewing the files while also restricting them from navigating to the parent folders.

For more details or to schedule a live demo, please reach out to us using the Support/Contact Us form given in the plugin settings. We look forward to assisting you.

    Thanks,
    miniOrange!

    Hi there,

You can use this plugin to display your Sharepoint/OneDrive sites, pages and files on the wordpress pages or posts. The content access can be configured to display everyone or restricted to logged-in WordPress users.

If you want to enable the single sign-on experience while displaying the content, you will need SAML 2.0 SSO plugin along with the SharePoint plugin. The SAML 2.0 SSO plugin also supports configuring SSO for multiple Azure AD tenants.

For more details, please reach out to us using the Support/Contact Us form given in the plugin settings and our representative will assist you to establish the configuration as per the requirements.

    Hi testasa,

Generally, Redirect me to SharePoint Permissions button doesn’t work if you’ve entered the incorrect tenant name or with “onmicrosoft.com” suffix. In the latest version of the plugin we’ve handled this through your SharePoint URL only so you shouldn’t be facing this issue.

For the further assistance, you can also reach out to us using Contact Us/Support form in the plugin. We can schedule a call and help you set up the plugin in no time.

    Best Regards,
    MiniOrange Team!
