In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Inquire about some information about licensingIs there a way for me to review members before allowing them to calculate profits on their posts?
Not really, that’s out of the scope of this plugin.
Also, if a post has collected, for example, $5 and you delete this post, will these profits remain in the account or will they be deleted?
No, the post will vanish from stats.

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Inquire about some information about licensingAfter the price changes, this price is applied to the old payments. Is this also? Should I put it as paid?
I think I answered this in the previous reply. Feel free to ask more specific questions if something is not clear.
Also, how do I add the field for adding the payment method to the members’ profile
You will need the PRO version to access payment features. Then the PayPal email address field is added by default (assuming it is that one you are referring to).

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Inquire about some information about licensingThat is intentional.
If you want both revenue and visits payments active… have them both at the same time! No need to disable one.
we calculate stats on the fly (and cache them until settings change) to avoid clogging your database and making settings changes easier. It is possible to “lock” old stats by marking posts or authors as paid as showcased in this tutorial.

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Currency/SetupHi there,
you have to pick a single currency to work with, so it would be either dollar or pound. Does that answer your question?A nice day,

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Inquire about some information about licensingIt is either PayPal or simple mark as paid, see our documentation https://postpaycounter.com/how-to-mark-posts-as-paid-and-pay-with-paypal/#dealing-with-paypal-payments

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Inquire about some information about licensingCan you make a practical example? What do you mean with “changed the type of statistics that I relied on”? If you change settings, then yes, statistics are immediately updated to reflect settings change. However, that will not affect past payments, if you use the PRO version to keep track of payments.
I would encourage you to give the plugin a try, as it is much easier to understand how it works if you try it out, much better than reading a written explanation. Post Pay Counter is free, and the PRO version has a 30-day full refund policy ??

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Inquire about some information about licensingNo, we don’t plan to add such a feature.

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Inquire about some information about licensingNo, it is not possible to set different payment rates depending on where the visits come from, if I understood the question right.

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Inquire about some information about licensingAllow me to repeat the question for the sake of verification only.
There was no question in that message.
Also, if I want some features, can they be added?
If you do it yourself, you can add whatever you want! ??
It is expected that the old google analytics will stop at the beginning of the year, and we will only work on the new version [GA4].
Universal Analytics kill keep working until July 2023, so there is time. The APIs for GA4 are still in beta, and we are waiting for them to become stable before we integrate with them. Until that happens, we complain publicly. I suggest switching to something else honestly, like Matomo.

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Inquire about some information about licensingYou can find some information in the License notes. The code you get is “yours for life”, but you need to renew your license every year to access updates and customer support. You are free to make any modifications to the code for your own site, but not to resell our products with modifications.

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] photo payPPC does not support multiple authors. A very partial solution would be to use the Author Payment Bonus addon and award a manual bonus to the photographer, if you want to keep all revenue calculation within PPC. That revenue would need to be manually calculated and awarded though :/
A nice day,

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Code 401 request is missing required authenticationVersion 1.8.9.2 addresses the issue ??

In reply to: [Post Pay Counter] Code 401 request is missing required authenticationHi there,
yes, revoking authorization will also clear data. I will work on an update that decouples the authorization from the data cleanup in the next couple days. If you cannot wait, you can revert to the previous version – otherwise you will simply not have updated data in the next few days, but it should pull all right data even from these days when the update comes ??A nice day,
Stefano
