Thanks for the reply, but I already know how to schedule posts.

When I click on the link to change the date, I want the time listed not to be the current time, but rather a fixed time that would always be the same.

Ex. The post time would always be 10:00

The multisite is basically “subdirectory”, but I change the domain when the site is online “domain mapping”.

I found the problem. I had to add this to my theme’s function.php file:

add_filter('wp_mail_content_type','set_content_type');
    function set_content_type($content_type){
      return 'text/html';
    }

Thank you for your answer, but that’s not what I’m looking for.

I want to create a form in the admin where the administrator will only have to fill out a form to add content to the page. If possible, I could create a plugin for each content.

I’ll keep your plugin note, because I could use it later for another used.
