Hi @duongcuong96,
thanks for your help on this. I granted ninjacheck.php read permission(444). phpinfo.php I kept on (000).I presume this does not affect the BackWPup job, right?
Best,

In reply to: Box in the footer which should not be thereGreat Scott, I will check that. I think for the time being, this solution should be fine ??
I don′t want another plugin to be installed where I have to create new book pages in addition to the already existing ones.
The two plugins I found required to do so:
https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/mooberry-book-manager/
https://de.www.ads-software.com/plugins/mybooktable/In addition those don′t integrate well in our Publisher theme (different fonts).
One again thanks for your help.
Best regards
Stefan

In reply to: Box in the footer which should not be thereHi Scott,
thanks for your quick reply.
I have detected the “convicted” plugin. It`s the Tevolution plugin that comes with the Publisher theme I am using from Templatic. So I check with Templatic support to fix this issue.
Another question: We would like to add Buy Now Buttons to our books linking to a variety of book retail outlets. Uptil now I haven′t found anything useful. Do you have an idea where to look?
Best regards
Stefan

In reply to: Home page doesn’t show up after WP restoreDear Steve,
MANY thanks. The simple “_” made the difference. Website is loading now and WP backend is accessible ??
Now after moving my cousin`s author website from Bluehost to SiteGround I can take care of website maintenance, update WP, themes and plugins and finally return to keep on promoting his books dealing with the 3/11 Fukushima disaster in Japan.

In a couple of days yoganbaum.com will be back online.
Once again many thanks for your help and your WP expertise!
Best regards
Stefan

In reply to: Home page doesn’t show up after WP restoreSorry Steve, took some time, to recap which steps I took:
created new database using same database name prior to restoration
created new MySQL user and added to database
updated database username and database password in wp-config.php
/** MySQL hostname */
define(‘DB_HOST’, ‘localhost’);
imported .sql database file from back up
changed table prefix for safety reasons in wp-config.php and .sql database back up
uploaded edited wp-config.phpMaybe WP doesn’t find the path to database?

thanks for your quick reply.
I have manually restored the WordPress site using FTP and following the instructions of
The whole application is now on our SiteGround server.
For my understanding:
I don’t have to install a new WP version prior to uploading all files?? I don’t want to reinstall all plugins since it`s so time consuming.Many thanks for your help.
Best Stefan
