Here I had the mouse over the Facebook icon as well but it has that small pop up of “Share”.

As you can see there is a small pop up showing on one website, but not the other. Both have been put together by me so why is it showing on one but not the other?
From what I understand as long as the respective icon has only one feature selected for it, just sharing for example, then it should not show up with a mini menu pop up.
