Hi @timborunner,
Thank you for using PPOM. The described use case can’t be achieved with the current plugin options – the price of the PPOM inputs only impact the product price and the cart total, but not the shipping fee.

Hi @knorde,
Thank you for sharing more details about the difficulties you are facing with the plugin. I apologize for the confusion created here. Importing the images within the post content is a premium feature (available starting with the Personal plan for the plugin). With the free version, only the post description can be imported from its content. I hope this clarifies the plugin’s behavior.
Best regards,
Hi @micheletes,
Thank you for using Feedzy. I’m happy to clarify these aspects.
- There isn’t a way to import the meta description of posts. Feedzy was designed exclusively to process the content available from the RSS XML source.
- That’s right, with the premium version of the plugin, starting with the Personal plan, it is possible to import the images within the content. To better understand the difference between the Pro Personal and Developer plan, you can check this article.
I hope this will help.
Best regards,Hi @drazenbebic,
Thank you for using Media Library Organizer.
I couldn’t replicate the reported issue on WordPress 6.6.2, with PHP 8.3 and the plugin version 1.6.5. To troubleshoot this, I recommend to temporarily disable the other plugins and switch to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four to see if this resolves the issue. This will help identify if there is a conflict with another plugin or theme.
If the issue persists after these steps, please provide us with detailed steps to replicate the issue so we can investigate further.
Best regards,
Hi @envox,
Thank you for using LightStart and for reporting this issue. I confirm I can replicate it and have registered it internally for further resolution.
We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Hi @profesorsx,
Thank you for using Lightstart and bringing this to our attention. The error notice might appear due to a conflict with another plugin or the current theme being used, as I’m not able to replicate it with the provided information.
I recommend to temporarily disable the plugins and activate them one by one to identify the one causing it. To troubleshoot possible conflicts with the theme you are using, you can temporarily switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Four. Here is a guide that should help with the troubleshooting.

In reply to: [Menu Icons by ThemeIsle] Neve theme: does it works with it?Hi @whichtransfers,
Thank you for using Menu Icons. The Social Icons component within the footer section of Neve is a dedicated component and it provides its own set of icons. If you use the Footer Menu component, it is possible to use the icons from this plugin, same as for the Primary Menu within the header. Here is a screenshot with it.
I hope this will help.

In reply to: [Neve] Keeps breaking my site with updatesHi @migueltic,
I understand how frustrating this is, and I’m sorry for the trouble you’ve been experiencing with the theme updates.
Since rolling back isn’t an option, I suggest restoring a backup from your hosting provider to create a staging site. This way, you can update your production website back and keep the staging one with the previous version of the theme and WordPress, and we’ll be able to compare the differences to see what elements aren’t properly aligned or don’t inherit the right color and confirm if it’s a theme-related issue or or something else causing the conflict.
Regards,
Hi @albertbarrabes,
Thank you for using Optimole.
Currently, we do not have the option to bulk delete the images in the library. Feel free to contact us on our website to review your account.

In reply to: [Neve] Keeps breaking my site with updatesHi @migueltic
Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced.
As immediate solutions, you might consider the following:
- Roll back the theme – you can revert to the version of the theme you were using before to check if this resolves the issue.
- Restore a backup – you can ask your hosting provider if you have automatic backups enabled in which case you might be able to restore your site to a point before the issues began.
It’s possible that the issues you’re experiencing could be due to a conflict with custom code or another product on your website. Unfortunately, without access to your site, we can’t confirm this, but we’re here to help you troubleshoot.
To address your specific concern, I’d like to assure you that if you’ve set a color or other option to a specific value in the theme settings, it should have the same value even after updating the theme, regardless of how many updates have been released. If this isn’t the case, it may indicate a conflict with another plugin or custom code.
We’d be happy to take a closer look at your site and identify why the colors or other settings aren’t working as expected. If you’re open to it, please share your website URL, and our team will investigate further.
Once again, we’re sorry to hear that recent updates have caused issues on your website, and we’re here to helping you resolve these issues.
Hey @polemarch,
I would like to clarify that the columns within the Section block of Otter are of the same height.
My reply on this thread was based on the section I saw on the page shared by the user at that time. The goal there was for the paragraph blocks within the columns to have the same height, which is different from the height of the columns. The columns were at the same height on that page as well. I was referring to the height of the content inside the columns, which wasn’t equal. I sincerely apologize for the confusion created in this regard.
Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any additional inquiries. We are here to help!
