Hi @myuption,
Yes, setting the minimum post age to 30 means that posts created in the last month won’t be shared.
Disabling the “Share more than once” option can be a problem only if all of your posts were already shared once. Based on the description of the issue, the plugin doesn’t share posts due to the conditions not being matched. You can temporarily enable the “Share more than once” again, and if this resolves the problem, it means the plugin already shared all the posts on this website.
For sharing the articles from 2006, you can make sure to configure the Maximum Post Age at a higher value, such as 3650.
I hope this will help.Hi @anslhr,
Thank you for using Revive Old Post. Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the settings you configured in Revive Old Post -> Dashboard -> General Settings, and one with the sharing logs?
Best regards,

In reply to: [Neve] Color of Parent Section is not showing on WebsiteHi @leasy,
Thank you for using Neve and for sharing the screenshots with the problem you are currently encountering.
Background images may not be entirely visible on mobile devices, as their purpose is to cover the background of the entire section, and the section ratio changes based on the screen size. We have a dedicated article that explains this behavior more in detail.
Regarding the background color not showing on the front end as it the editor, it might be due to the cache; therefore, clearing the cache should fix the issue.
I also checked your website and the specific section you shared doesn’t seems to have a wrapper HTML tag that could have the blue background color. The only wrapper of those headings is the section with the transparent background for the image to be visible (screenshot). A solution in this case might be to create a section in section, to set a colored background color behind those headings only but above the transparent background used to make the image visible.
I hope this will help.

In reply to: [Menu Icons by ThemeIsle] Svg wrapped inside img tagHi @kripton995,
Thank you for reaching out. Currently, our plugin doesn’t support uploading custom SVGs to be used directly as SVG tags.
We appreciate your feedback and will keep this in mind for future updates.

Hi @photocoen,
Thank you for using ROP and for explaining the issue you are currently facing.
I’ve tried to replicate it, but I’m not able to. Since I configured an
Additional Text
to appear at theBeginning of Caption
it works properly for all the posts ROP is sharing on my Facebook page and group. To clear the sharing queue in the free version of the plugin, you need to temporarily stop the sharing, disconnect your accounts from the ROP Dashboard and connect them again.
I hope this will help.
Hi @bravo14,
Thank you for the update. Can you please share a screenshot with the Sharing Logs from ROP? You can use a tool such as Lighshot to share the screenshot via URL instead of uploading the image.
I also recommend reviewing the values of Minimum and Maximum Post Age in ROP -> Dashboard -> General Settings page. Having a short interval set here might result in posts not being shared as they don’t meet the criteria. You can set the minimum post age to 0 and the maximum to 365, at least temporarily, to make sure posts are being shared again. Another setting I recommend is enabling the option called:
Share More Than Once?
which can be found in the same settings panel.Best regards,
Hi @aorrow,
Thank you for using Revive Old Post, and I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties encountered.
Currently, we are not aware of any issues with the X (Twitter) integration in our plugin. To make sure it works properly, you can follow the steps within this guide.
I’m not able to access the URL you shared, as it requires authentication to your website’s Dashboard, which is not recommended to be shared here.
In case the issue persists after following the steps in the documentation, you can try authenticating to X (Twitter) with your credentials instead of the API keys.
Best regards,
Hi @pulclinecouk,
We released another update for the plugin to fix the issues reported in version 32.0.12. Please update PPOM to version 32.0.13, as this also should fix the issue you reported.
