In reply to: [Neve] TemaHi @codeintopixel,
Thank you for the clarification.
The easiest way to remove a PPOM field from a product is to edit the product and uncheck the desired field – screenshot.
I hope this will help.
Thank you for using Revive Old Post.
The error mentioned happens due to the X (Twitter) limits of posts shared per day. The solution is to create your app on X and share posts by using your API keys in ROP to extend the limit. This can be done by following the steps within this doc.
In case the same error occurs after configuring your API keys, it happens due to the individual limit. There isn’t something we can do in this regard right now, unfortunately, as the limitation doesn’t rely on our plugin.
Best regards,
Hi @yellowmarine,
Thank you for the update.
If I understand correctly, you are using the Gutenberg plugin over the Classic editor. If that’s the case, I recommend switching to the core editor with the latest version of WordPress as Otter Blocks works properly this way.
In case you are already using the core editor, the issue might occur due to a conflict with another plugin or the theme. To troubleshoot the issue, you can temporarily change the theme to a default one from WordPress to see if it resolves your issue. If the problem persists, you can apply the same steps for the plugins, temporarily deactivate all of them except for Otter Blocks and reactivate them one by one to find the one causing the conflict.
Lastly, you can contact the author of the theme/plugin you find during the troubleshooting steps for resolution. In case they find any compatibility issues with Otter Blocks, feel free to share more details with us.
Best regards,
Hey @akiraanastasia,
Thank you for the suggestion.
I can see the option to change the color of the star ratings was added to the plugin as an enhancement at some point (same color no matter the number of stars chosen by the user) due to design decisions. This behavior is more consistent as what is configured in the Dashboard will happen on the front end too. There won’t be different colors than what was configured.
The dynamic color rating is more of a custom solution, therefore, we made it available via a GitHub gist shared in our docs, so it can be easily and safely implemented as a plugin. Activating the plugin mentioned by Andreea shouldn’t cause any problems and the code won’t be overwritten when you update Otter Blocks.

In reply to: [PPOM - Product Addons & Custom Fields for WooCommerce] Deprecation noticesHi @galbaras,
Thank you for using PPOM. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered.
To further troubleshoot this, some additional details could help. Would it be possible to provide the following info from your website?
- WordPress version
- PHP Version
- WooCommerce version
- PPOM Version
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for using PPOM.
Currently, there isn’t such an option available in the plugin. I’ll make sure to register this as a feature request for the next versions.

In reply to: [PPOM - Product Addons & Custom Fields for WooCommerce] ShortocodeHi @amanda3ip,
Thank you for using PPOM.
The fields created with the plugin appear in the same page section with the default product’s variations, which is usually next to the quantity field and the add to cart button. The same behavior should apply when customizing the product page with Elementor.
Best regards,
Hi @hip-huisje,
Thank you for using PPOM. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered.
The described issue might occur due to a conflict with the theme or another plugin. You can temporarily deactivate all the other plugins except for PPOM and WooCommerce, and switch to a default WordPress theme.
If this solves the issue, enabling them back one by one should reveal the product creating the conflict. Feel free to share the name and version of the theme/plugin creating the conflict so we can investigate further.
I hope this will help.
