Hi @tgiokdi,
Thank you for using Feedzy Pro. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered.
I would like to clarify that Feedzy doesn’t change the RSS feed structure of your website. The plugin was designed to process the content of RSS sources (external to your website) by either importing them as posts or displaying their content in a dedicated section.
To troubleshoot the reported issue, I recommend temporarily deactivating all the plugins and switching to a default theme of WordPress, then enabling them back one by one to see where the difference in the RSS comes from.
Best regards,
Hi @ethanb40,
Thank you for using Feedzy.
To have the images in the post content when using the import functionality, the premium version of the plugin is required. You can contact us on our website for more information about the pro version.
With the free version, only the featured image can be fetched while importing the posts.
An alternative solution is to display the feeds by using the Feedzy shortcode or Gutenberg block. This works if the source used contains images in the XML tag of the post content.
Best regards,

In reply to: [Neve FSE] Update breaks homepageThank you for using Neve FSE. I apologize for the late reply.
If you are changing the page assigned as home in Dashboard -> Settings -> Reading, this might not reflect on the front end due to how FSE themes work. Editing the front page can be done by editing the content of the Front Page template in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Editor – screenshot.
I hope this will help.
Hi @keith63,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
This forum page is for the PPOM plugin and not for Otter Blocks. In case your question is about Otter, I recommend checking if the issue mentioned in this thread will help with the use case you described.
In case it doesn’t, feel free to post a topic on the Otter Blocks forum and the team we’ll assist there.

In reply to: [PPOM - Product Addons & Custom Fields for WooCommerce] Quantity incrementsHi @filip111,
Thank you for using PPOM.
Currently, there isn’t an option to achieve this with the free version of the plugin.
There is a Quantity field in the pro version, however, it supports a specific step, such as increasing quantity by 2 or 3 and so on. A pace such as 1,3,5,10, with these exact numbers can’t be achieved. For more information about this field, you can contact us on our website.

StefanHi @gnuworld,
Thank you for using PPOM.
I can replicate the described problem in a single case. A product being in two categories, cat1 and cat2, and two PPOM groups of fields being set to apply as follows:
- Group1 to products in cat1
- Group2 to products in cat2
In this case, indeed, only Group1 of fields will be displayed to the current product.
I will forward this case to our products team to be analyzed for a future version of the plugin. Our developers prioritize the highest-priority?issues first, so we cannot provide a specific timeline for resolution at this time.
Best regards,

Hi @maxhrkt,
I’ve tried replicating this issue on my testing instance, and I’m not able to do so with the latest version of PPOM, 32.0.9.
During the tests, I tried adding one group, then manually adding another one, and then duplicating an existing group, and I can see the Meta ID of the groups doesn’t change in either case.
You can make sure both PPOM and WooCommerce plugins are up to date.
For mapping groups to products, you can use the dropdown selector while editing the product, which displays the PPOM Group Fields by the name – screenshot.
I hope this will help.
Hi @paddy9999,
Thank you for using PPOM. I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you encountered.
The issue might occur due to a conflict or changes applied by a third-party plugin to the Orders page of WooCommerce. To troubleshoot it, I recommend temporarily disabling the plugins, placing an order to test fields’ visibility on the Orders page and then reactivating them one by one to identify the conflict.
You can also switch to a WP theme temporarily to make sure the conflict is not caused by the theme, in case it has a module to modify the Orders page.
I hope this will help.
Best regards,
Hi @smartdost4,
Thank you for using PPOM.
I’ve tried to achieve the layout mentioned to show three fields on a row, and it works as expected – screenshot.
To make sure you can take advantage of this feature, each row is divided in 12 columns, therefore, to show 3 columns per row, you can set each field to 4 Col in the field’s settings.
Best regards,
Thank you for using PPOM.
Currently, the fields created with PPOM are visible only on the Orders page of the WooCommerce plugin.
While we don’t have immediate compatibility with the plugins mentioned, we appreciate your suggestion and will certainly consider it for future updates of PPOM.
Best regards,
