Hi, thank you for your post! I edited the pluggable.php according your instructions. But how can I change the subject and the body message? I do not find the source of that strings. I checked all most files, where I assumed the source. Sorry, I’m a beginner!

Hi Tim! I searched in all relevant plugins and did not find the string for the mail. The mail might be from WordPress? The original Email was sent from [email protected]. I changed that.
I was also searching that the mail content can be changed with the hook “wp_new_user_notification_email” in pluggable.php. But I do not no how and where I can find the action code.
May be you you have any suggestions? Thank you, Stefan

Wordpress is sending an Email to new user after registration. I want to translate this mail in german. I use Loco Translate and was searching in the admin-de_DE.po and admin-network-de_DE.po for the related strings, which I did not find.
