I actually just found a video that shows you have to enable the captcha in the form settings, too, not only in the plugin settings.

Hello, I have the same issue.
Video is public.
If I use the youtube embed or the generic embed, I can see it in the editor, but the video doesn’t appear in the page.
What can I do?

I am having this issue too.
The emails seem to be random: sometimes I see the participant in the participant list but the participant does not receive any email, and I don’t receive the notification for a new participant.
Sometimes the emails arrive with a delay, both to the participant and to the notification email address.

My server seems OK, since I am sending emails to test it.
Can you help?

I also tried with another Mac with an older version of Chrome (37.x.x.x.x) and it works.
I also cleared the cache of my Chrome but I still have the overlapping.

I guess it’s a strange problem that affects only my Mac?!

I tried with FIrefox and it is OK, too.
I also updated my Chrome and now I have Version 39.0.2171.99 (64-bit) like you, but it is still overlapping.

My Chrome version is 39.0.2171.95 (64-bit).
