I’m sorry the count of view are directly done from youtube, so you can’t modify or do something like this.
BTW Youtube count the visit and the view differently, if a video is viewed in its entirety by someone who clicked on it, it is counted as one view

you can find all shortcode on https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/youtube-widget-responsive/
but you can create shortcode from the widget:

Step 1 – Create Widget
Step 2 – Set all settings on widget (with video link included)
Step 3 – Save widget
Step 4 – Go to Shortcode TAB
Step 5 – Copy shortcode
Step 6 – Paste the shortcode where you want

The widget would be deleted after step 5, i recommend deleting it after pasting the code ??

No question is stupid, the 3rd tab you can find meking widget under
Aspect->widget

you can create the widget save, after that the 3rd tab contain the shortcode,
copy it where you want and delete the widget

Yes, the view generated on your website will be show on Analytics and Youtube statistics,
obviously the view on Youtube are not tracked on Analytics.
