If I go to wpexperts.io I only see in footer Services / Support. If I go there I need an Envato purchase code to create a ticket, but that code I don’t have, because I purchased directly on newuserapprove.com.
Please tell me, where I can open a support ticket?

I know, that is the support for free plugin. But as I wrote you before, I didn’t get any eMail so I can’t follow up to your answer. Is there any option you send me the answer again or do you have a support-forum for purchased plugins, where I can log in?

Hi,
it’s correct that I use a multilingual-plugin. In settings I’ve tried all possible Date Formats to solve my problem but without any success!
Also it looks like that in backend / reservations

No idea, I deactivated all plugins and switched to standard-theme – the same results.

Ok, I can understand that, but I don’t understand why it is shown incorrect in {date} and correct in {current-time}. Should it not be the same, both wrong or both correct?
